Wireless adapter settings: max performance battery/plugged in (sound quality gets shitty when its reduced for some reason)
Look online how to unlock these settings in the powerplan but i have: Just easier since the corresponding windows power plan has settings for AC/Battery. Next thing I did was set Armory Crate to "Windows" plan ALL THE TIME.
The only 3rd party i have installed now is "atrofac" look it up, its a fan curve controller that works independently of AC. I think it's to do with Armory Crate that re-assigns power plan every time you plug/unplug, sleep/wake, etc. I tried Ryzen Controller and a few other tools that do similar things and I found that either it worked for a while then stopped or didn't work reliably. So I can't really answer your question directly but I can tell you what I did in an attempt to keep my temps and performance under control.
